This Image has been stolen by Gay Lea foods Co Operative and was used in breach of my copyright on both Gay Leas foods Facbook page, and Gay Lea foods Pinterest account, Gay Lea foods Co Operative of Ontario Canada have been contacted by myself as the owner and creator of this image and asked to remove it, they have so far removed the image, but
continue to ignore further communication from me.
Andrea Boileau who replied initially after i complained via the Gay lea website wrote that Gay lea intended to "Celebrate" my work.
On the stolen image was also a link directly to my Gallery here at DA.
Andrea also wrote that they "Found" the image on pinterest.
Gay lea foods are a Canadian company, those responsible for the unauthorized use of this image would most likely have known they were breaching copyright by not even checking to see if the image was free for use.
Gay Lea foods is a commercial company using social media for commercial gain in advertising their products.
Legally i have a right to be compensated financially.
I'm nearly 50 years old, like most Artists I struggle financially, and I object strongly to commercial company's abusing copyright.
If DA is not to be seen as a free image grab by company's that know full well they should be paying for image use then its up to people like myself to insist that they pay in full for any unauthorized image use.
Because of Gay lea Foods I have now had to put a watermark on the image, but if Gay lea fail to pay me, then is that even of any use?

Gay Lea foods Co Operatives used this image to promote their advertising campaign "Butter lives here"
For every day that Gay Lea foods continues to use this stolen image for which they do not have my permission in writing to use they will incur a charge of £250 pounds sterling payable to me, plus further financial compensation for the damage Gay lea have done to the commercial viability of the image, and for direct breach of copyright.
The above charges will also apply to any person or persons who use this image without my written consent.
Copy Right of all content including Image belongs to Liz Van Dhal image creator, please do not use with out first obtaining written permission from Liz Van Dhal via my account here at Deviant Art.

Please note a DMCA notice has been filed by me on april 28th 2013 to pinterest to remove this image in its entirety from the site,
thoise pinning this image are in breach of my copy rights and those that attempt to do so should be aware they will recive a strike from pinterest.

This image is currently being used with out my permission by The Gay Lea Foods Co Operative to advertise Gay Lea Butter on both their Facebook feed and pinterest account. they the company did not contact me or read the above request that this image may not be used with out first obtaining written permission.

update- Gay Lea Foods have removed the image from their pinterest account and Facbook page but as yet have failed to pay any financial compensation for the unauthorized use.
